Replacement nametags for non-new employees are $5 each. Fill out payroll deduct form to have the cost taken out of your next check. Email signed form to Marketing.

Wait time is a few weeks. Orders are placed on the 1st of every month.

You will receive an email from Marketing when they can be picked up.
